Profile
Felicity joined Sheffield Business School in 2009 to manage The Alchemy Exchange, which provides businesses with a cost-effective route to developing innovative products and processes or defining and accessing new markets. It is unique because it draws on the University's multitude of resources and knowledge and finds the most appropriate individuals to create a bespoke team.
As project manager, Felicity is the first point of contact for business and ensures that projects progress effectively whilst quality is maintained. Examples of the types of projects undertaken include
- target market / competitor analysis
- events management
- international market research
- business infrastructure development
Prior to joining Sheffield Business School, Felicity worked for the University's Careers and Employment Service where she developed relationships with local and national employers and managed netWORK, the student employment service.
Felicity came to the University from a facilities management company contracted to manage a range of services at a Sheffield based steel works and was previously based in Latin America working for a British tour operator.
Felicity has a BA in Spanish and Latin American studies from Middlesex University and a Masters in Communication Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
