Lana is the senior administrator for the Centre for Individual and Organisational Development and the Centre for Facilities Management Development, corporate professional development and doctoral programmes and taught courses, including externally validated programmes and collaborative programmes.
Lana joined the University in 1998 as course administrator for the FM courses in FMGC. As the business grew she became involved in the consultancy and commercial elements of the business.
Lana was appointed senior administrative assistant and took on the role of personal assistant to the Director of the Centre for Facilities Management Development and Finance Co-ordinator for the centre. In December 2004 Lana was appointed as senior administrator in the Research and Business Development Team.
