Profile
Tracey is a senior research fellow in the Centre for Individual and Organisational Development, Sheffield Business School. She has extensive experience of social research and policy analysis within both a voluntary sector and public sector context. Her doctoral research, undertaken in the Centre for Voluntary Sector Research at Sheffield Hallam University, focused on organisational sustainability, strategy and governance in voluntary organisations, and the intersection of the three domains. She also holds an MA in Social Science Research Methods from Sheffield Hallam University.
