Take advantage of guest access to LitSearch, our gateway to e-resources - you can access and search the free resources from home.
Borrowing
External, reciprocal and subscription borrowers may borrow up to three items at a time. Loan periods vary. Borrower cards are valid at both campus learning centres.
Items may be renewed if no-one else wishes to borrow them. Renewals can be made online, using My Library Record (link opens in new window) on the Library Catalogue, or by phone on 0114 225 2116. Fines are charged on overdue items.
You won't be able to borrow part-time loan items, videos and media items as these are restricted to University members.
Please notify library staff of any change of address. Borrower cards may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Head of Learning and Academic Services.
Other services
Photocopiers and media equipment are available to all users. There is a Helpdesk in each learning centre if you need help or advice.
You will not be able to access these resources and services which are limited to university members by licence restrictions
