Services

First contact appointments

All students who contact our service will be offered the opportunity to have a 30 minute bookable on-the-day appointment with a qualified advisor.

Our advisor team draw upon a wealth of skills and experience from mental health or counselling backgrounds.

Following these appointments, wellbeing advisors can then offer an individualised package of follow-up support which may include

  • individual appointments
  • self-help materials and online resources
  • e-counselling
  • workshops

We also work closely with statutory bodies and external agencies to signpost students accordingly.
