The six Pilates principles – entering, control, flow, breath, precision, and concentration – are the ingredients of this high-quality workout. The Pilates method emphasises quality over quantity, and the exercises do not include a lot of repetitions for each move. Instead, doing each exercise fully, with precision, yields significant results in a short time.

Cost

All classes are free for Sheffield Hallam Active members. Non–members pay £3.60/4.50 (off–peak/peak). Members must show their membership card when they attend.
