GB team dives in to use the latest in video capture technology

As a UK Sport Innovation Partner working with several Olympic sports, we developed Clipcoach, a bespoke video capture/display system for British Diving at Ponds Forge in Sheffield. It captures data with high-speed video allowing the coach to review in slow motion as well as easily compare previous dives.

It also allows coaches to review each dive immediately after execution. The system uses a network of machine vision video cameras operating at 100 frames per second to record the motion of the diver.
