We offer a range of courses in a variety of learning formats – from an undergraduate progression programme to a two year split degree or a Masters level degree.
We have a number of courses for holders of certain TAR University College diplomas and Advanced Diplomas, including the successful Undergraduate Progression Programme, Two Year Progression Degrees, Continuation Masters Degrees and progression opportunities to postgraduate courses. These courses are offered at special discounts, available only to students of TAR University College.
Research has shown that our graduates' experience at Sheffield Hallam University has been a very significant factor in finding a job in Malaysia.

TAR UC International Conference on Teaching and Learning
We are once again delighted to be a major part of the TAR University College conference on innovation and transformation in teaching and learning.
Professor Roger Eccleston, Pro Vice-Chancellor for the Faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering and Sciences, will deliver a keynote speech at the conference on 21–22 October 2013 at the University's partner institution, Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in Malaysia.
The conference aims to provide a platform to share research findings and initiatives to enhance learning and teaching approaches. For more information visit the TAR UC website.
New office opening
Sheffield Hallam University has expanded its presence in Malaysia by opening a second office to support growing interests from students wanting to study overseas. The office, which wasopened in 2012 by Professor Cliff Allan, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Sheffield Hallam University, and Dr Tan Chik Heok, Principal of TAR University College, is based on TAR UC campus within their study abroad unit and aims to support TAR UC students and academics.
