Progression from TARC Advanced Diploma to postgraduate courses

Sheffield Hallam University offers students who have completed a TARC Advanced Diploma the opportunity to apply for admission to a wide variety of Masters degree programmes.

Entrance criteria

Students would normally be expected to meet the following criteria:

a) achieve the specific minimum academic requirement for the course applied

Sheffield Business School

Students would normally be expected to achieve Distinction on the TARC Advanced Diploma

Faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering and Sciences

Applications would be considered on a course by course basis

Faculty of Development and Society

Students would normally be expected to achieve Pass on the TARC Advanced Diploma, which has Professional Body Accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)

Faculty of Health and Wellbeing

Applications would be considered on a course by course basis

b) meet the required minimum IELTS score (or equivalent)
