Example one
If your degree requires IELTS 6.5 to start in September and you have IELTS 4.5, you will need to enrol on the LEAP course in January at the latest.
Example two
If your degree requires IELTS 6.0 to start in September and you have IELTS 4.5, you will need to enrol on the LEAP course in April at the latest.
Example three
If your degree requires IELTS 7.0 to start in September and you have IELTS 6.0, you will need to enrol on the SPEAP course in July at the latest.
Please note – to progress onto the SPEAP from a LEAP course, you need to achieve the minimum IELTS equivalent score on the LEAP end of course assessments.

Example one
If your degree requires IELTS 6.5 to start in January and you have IELTS 4.5, you will need to enrol on the LEAP course in April at the latest.
Example two
If your degree requires IELTS 6.0 to start in January and you have IELTS 4.5, you will need to enrol on the LEAP course in June at the latest.
Example three
If your degree requires IELTS 7.0 to start in January and you have IELTS 6.0, you will need to enrol on the APEAP course in September at the latest.
Please note – to progress onto APEAP from a LEAP course, you need to achieve the minimum IELTS equivalent score on the LEAP end of course assessments.
You study this course for five or ten weeks depending on how much you need to improve your IELTS score as below.
