Collegiate Crescent Campus
Robert Winston Building
Overview
The Robert Winston Building is home to our health and social care courses.
Facilities include
- a digital x-ray suite
- a mock operating theatre
- a mock birthing ward
- a gym
- an action learning group space
- electrotherapy suite
- The Crescent catering outlet
The building also houses a number of ‘artificial patients’. The Simman are a set of hands-on medical mannequins which look like humans and can talk. Students have to use their medical know-how to keep them healthy and diagnose their aches and pains.
