Howard Building
Overview
The Howard Building is home to the Pennine Lecture Theatre which is used as a venue for various in-house events hosted by internationally-renowned speakers. Topics include sport, health, science, exploration and literature. Some of these events are held in partnership with Sheffield’s most popular festivals and high profile organisations.
It is also used for conferences and a boardroom is available for hire by external companies and partners.
Other facilities include
- PC laboratories
- computer server rooms
The building is also the base for the Vice-Chancellor’s Group.
