The Robert Winston Building is home to our health and social care courses.

Facilities include

• a digital x-ray suite
• a mock operating theatre
• a mock birthing ward
• a gym
• an action learning group space
• electrotherapy suite
• The Crescent catering outlet

The building also houses a number of ‘artificial patients’. The Simman are a set of hands-on medical mannequins which look like humans and can talk. Students have to use their medical know-how to keep them healthy and diagnose their aches and pains.
