What is JobSteps?

JobSteps is an employment services that supports customers with a range of disabilities in their journey back to work. Jobsteps is a part of The Adsetts Partnership and in partnership with Autism Plus has been providing a range of services to customers over the past 10 years.

Whilst Jobsteps supports customers with a range of difficulties our service maintains a specialist knowledge in supporting customers on the Autistic Spectrum. Our aim is to enable individuals to maximise their potential and be able to make informed choices about their future.

How can JobSteps help you?

Our Employment Consultants can help you with finding suitable jobs, writing applications and interview preparation. We provide support during the early weeks of employment and for an appropriate time after this. People already in work may also be eligible for our support.

JobSteps also works with employers to provide information on your disability, specific needs and guidance on how to effectively support employees in the workplace.

Jobsteps has services in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and Humber, Derbyshire and Manchester.
