International links
Many of our courses are recognised by professional bodies and are popular around the world. We currently have students from China, Iraq, Ghana, Nigeria and Europe, as well as close partnerships with institutions in the Middle East and the Far East.
We are actively looking to develop our international portfolio and to increase the number of international students on our courses as well as developing links with international businesses. We are currently working with organisations in China, Hong Kong and India and have a long-standing relationship with the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) in Malaysia, which has sent students to Sheffield Hallam for the past 13 years. Over 2,000 graduates have benefited from this collaboration.
Through our partnership with the International College of Business and Technology in Sri Lanka we also provide courses in Sri Lanka, Dubai, Oman and Qatar. Many of our graduates from our overseas partner institutions have enjoyed this experience so much, they continue to study with us at postgraduate level and for research degrees.
