Recent BSc in Real Estate graduate Tom Brown will be joining Lambert Smith Hampton's agency team in Manchester. Fellow students Nick Coffey, Eleanor Furness, Harry Fullerton and Ellis Hearfield have also gained placement positions in the building consultancy, lease advisory and valuation teams.
Lambert Smith Hampton are a leading graduate recruiter, and source and recruit property professionals to all their offices throughout the UK. In addition to the new appointments, former placement students Ian Scott, Holly Armitage and Emily Templeton are staying on as part-time placements in the valuation, business rate and lease advisory teams until they have completed their degrees. They have been offered permanent positions on the graduate programme following graduation in summer 2015.
The course leader for Sheffield Hallam's BSc Real Estate course added: 'This is testimony to both the calibre of our students and the importance that the course team place upon employability, and in particular cultivating links with professional stakeholders.
