Other ways of working with our students
Share your professional insight to help our students succeed
Our strong links with industry ensure that our graduates are ready for the workplace, so they have the skills you're looking for in an employee. There are more ways you can help to reinforce what they're learning and feed into their education.
Help us find the leaders of the future
By joining the sponsored degree programme, you can help develop the leaders of the future, and you can recruit them before anyone else.
You employ a high-achieving 18-year-old or career starter for a minimum of two and a half years. They're released for periods of study so they can gain a business and management degree with us. You influence the programme of study, linking it with their work experience – which in turn benefits your business.

Become a business mentor
As a mentor, you share your industry knowledge with a student. You receive training and the opportunity to develop this highly regarded skill. The experience can improve your people management and relationship building skills, plus it can count towards CPD credits. Find out more about the career mentoring scheme.
Be a guest speaker
We connect theory with practice by bringing industry representatives into the classroom. This is a great opportunity for you to share your expertise and to raise the profile of your company. You could even attract talented future employees.
