If you are entering at Masters level, Sheffield Hallam University is one of only five universities in the world to have EPAS accreditation for our postgraduate international business course, guaranteeing a real-world and business-relevant experience.

Our industry partners

We have strong links with industry, from local policymakers like Sheffield City Council, to multinational companies, for example, Cisco Systems and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. You take part in consultancy projects and placements with our partners, which give you real-world experience and increase your employability. Several partners also sit on our advisory board to help ensure our courses meet what employers are looking for.

We regularly poll over 80% for student satisfaction in the National Student Survey. On joining our department, you can become a member of our student-led International Business and Management Society where you can network and attend guest lectures by academic experts and industry practitioners.

After graduating, our students have built careers in companies like Lloyds Banking Group, Cisco Systems, Accenture, GlaxoSmithKline, Marks & Spencer, National Grid, Nissan and Aldi. Over the last 10 years, they have taken up roles such as
