If you're intrigued by how people behave in organisations and how organisations behave, choose Sheffield Business School to study human resource management (HRM) and organisational behaviour. We’ve been delivering HRM education for over 30 years and are a centre of excellence for both the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Our MSc Coaching and Mentoring is the only course of its kind in the UK to be accredited by the European Quality Award from the EMCC.
