Corporate programmes and projects
To support the delivery of the its strategy, the University is undertaking an extensive range of major improvement programmes and projects.
These are overseen by the University's Process Improvement Portfolio Board with further support from the Business Improvement Services (BIS) which supplies programme and project managers, business analysts and a programme office.
To deliver this portfolio of programmes and projects, BIS works closely and engages with Information Systems and Technology, as well as staff from across the University.
BIS also provides training and development to help build capability in project and process management within the University.
