Brian Turner is one of Britain's most successful and well known chefs. In addition to running highly respected restaurants across the UK he has become a successful television personality, appearing regularly on Ready Steady Cook, This Morning, Saturday Cooks and Saturday Kitchen.
Born and trained in West Yorkshire, Brian has worked in some of Europe's most prestigious hotels and restaurants including the Savoy Grill and Simpsons in the Strand.
Despite his hectic schedule, Brian still manages to be heavily committed to various charities. He has written several cookery books and belongs to many associations including the Academy of Culinary Arts, of which he is currently the president.
