Summary
I am a Senior Lecturer in human resource management and organisational behaviour at Sheffield Hallam University.
I am the course leader for the MSc Human Resource Management part time course and I module lead several postgraduate and undergraduate modules in the areas of performance and reward management, resourcing and talent management and developing students for their first management position (Managing for Success).
I am just starting on my research career and my areas of interest include domestic violence and employment and employee wellbeing.
