Her expertise is in degree apprenticeships, and developing relationships with businesses, both regionally and nationally, helping organisations of all sizes to grow through identifying development opportunities for existing staff, and helping to find new talent.

Working in business development for several years in public, private and charity sectors, including for a local authority, national charity and international events infrastructure company, Kimberley developed experience that is key to developing businesses across all sectors on a daily basis.

A two-times Sheffield Hallam graduate, Kimberley completed her BSc in 2009, followed by an MSc in 2014.
