Research projects include collaborative work with Sheffield Hallam's Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research, (CRESR) for the Big Lottery Fund, evaluating media and social media activity around a rural community regeneration project. This was filmed by BBC1 for the series 'Village SOS.'
For two years, (2014/15) I've also been involved with CRESR in ongoing analysis of media coverage around Holocaust Memorial Day.
I am also involved in research into the impact of social media on crisis communications models, and exploring the effects of central government austerity cuts on public sector communications.
