About
I have spent a number of years working in management within the retail sector, including head office and store based roles. Since joining Hallam I have held a number of positions at college and university level including Deputy Project Director on a significant strategic change programme which involved establishing a vision for the optimum Professional Services operating model, encompassing 2,000 colleagues working in professional services roles. I have also worked in Student Support as a Student Services Manager where I was responsible for leading the strategic and operational development of services, policies, procedures and functions within Student Services with the aim to provide a first class experience for students, academic colleagues and external partners. I am a member of the College leadership team where I work as part of a multi-professional environment, exercising leadership within a community of people that includes both academic colleagues, Professional Services teams, and external partners.
