Summary
With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, spanning both sides of the Atlantic, I have worked for independent, national and international companies within the hotel, restaurant and bar sectors. I have held senior management positions within well established brands and also run my own company as a consultant, working with numerous hospitality businesses.
My area of expertise has always been food and beverage service focused, both vocationally in my operational roles and consultancy, and also throughout my academic career. My main research interests are currently concentrated on the factors which best influence restaurant success.
