Kate holds a BSc. in Applied Social Science and an MSc. in Nutrition with Public Health Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
Kate is currently working with the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre and Westfield Health in Sheffield to help private and public sector organisations understand the cultural, environmental and personal factors that impact on the health and wellbeing of their workforce; and to evaluate the effectiveness of workplace wellness interventions that seek to support and optimise employee health.
Kate is also a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr.) and works with the British Nutrition Foundation as an Advisory Committee Member specialising in communications.
