Summary

I am a Reader in International Business and Strategy and my expertise lies in the areas on international mergers and acquisitions. As well as publishing in international peer reviewed journals and guest editing journals, I have worked with leading scholars from across the UK as well as practitioners, such as the Assistant High Commissioner for Bangladesh. I engage in consultancy activity looking at emerging issues in mergers and acquisitions which help inform teaching and research.
