Summary
Nasser Sherkat joined Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 and is currently Head of Engineering and Mathematics Department and a Professor of Human Machine Interaction. His main research expertise is to explore the means of extracting and combining information to achieve “natural” human-machine interaction. Various UK and EU funding bodies have funded his research. He has over 150 research publications and supervised 23 PhD studies (17 as director of studies) to completion.
