Peter has worked for a number of years as a local authority social worker with a wide range of casework experience including work with Looked After Children, Emergency assessments under S47 of the Children Act and permanency planning including adoption work.
Peter has worked in the voluntary sector with children and adults with physical disabilities. Peter has a wide range of support work experience including representation at SEN tribunal, being part of the organisations audit team and training volunteers.
Peter has worked as a Case manager in Youth Offending Service with young people at risk of custody.

Teaching including work on the Departments Skills Days preparing students for practice. Individual academic adviser, placement support for social work and our joint award degree and Admissions Tutor for our Foundation Degree in Working with Children, Young People and Families.
