Summary
I am currently Reader in Language and Communication in the Department of Humanities. I have worked at Sheffield Hallam University since September 1989, initially contributing to linguistics teaching on our undergraduate and postgraduate Communication Studies programme. More recently my teaching and research interests have been focused on English Language provision.
