Summary

One of my passions is food. I have an undergraduate degree in social Policy and Criminology obtained at The University of Sheffield. Going on to develop a career in HR and obtaining an MSc in Human Resource Management at Hallam.  I began working at The National Centre for Food Excellence, Sheffield Hallam, in 2020.

About

My role is to support the National Centre of Excellence for Food Engineering (NCEFE) Team in establishing and developing effective and productive partnerships focussed on research and innovation in food engineering, both in the UK and overseas. NCEFE partners comprise companies and organisations in the food and drink sector, particularly those linked with manufacturing, processing, and skills, as well as academic institutions active in food engineering-related research.  I am a a point of contact for all aspects of the NCEFE's work, including collaborative R&D, skills, events, visits and talks. She can also be contacted regarding availability of the NCEFE Director, Dr Martin Howarth, and both internal and external governance, including the NCEFE Industrial Advisory Board.
