My main research interests are in the area of sexual offending, particularly involving children. I am interested in hands-on and online child abuse and exploitation, as well as sexual deviancy.
I have experience in working with a variety of offenders, including (potential) offenders in the community to high secure forensic patients.
At SHU, I am involved in teaching mostly on forensic modules ranging from Level 4 to Level 7.
I am part of the Forensic and Investigative Research (FaIR) group.
