Summary
I am a Senior Lecturer in Occupational and Organizational Psychology. I deliver lectures related to my main areas of interest - Occupational & Organizational Psychology at the Masters level. I also contribute to lectures at the undergraduate level in Social Psychology, as well as run seminars on Personality and Individual Differences. Additionally, l undertake research and supervise undergraduate and post-graduate dissertations. My research interest involves the application of social psychology to occupational and organizational behaviours, with particular emphasis on organizational safety management, organizational justice, organizational citizenship behaviours, perceived organizational support, and organizational diversity management. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
