In my role as senior lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, I teach all aspects of undergraduate children's nursing, however I have a particular interest in acute illness and critical care of children, and also deliver postgraduate CPD Children's Critical Care modules for clinicians already working in this area.
I also have an interest in teaching clinical skills and using simulation as a learning tool, and jointly lead in this area for the nursing and midwifery department, and as a team we are always looking for new and improved ways of enhancing learning in this area.
In my role as senior lecturer I also work as part of the admissions team for undergraduate children's nursing programme
