Payment for your annual nursery care is split into 11 instalments, due on the 1st of each month. There is no payment in August. August sessions are booked as extras and invoiced seperately. Details of how to pay are given on your invoice, which we will send you after you have signed a contract accepting your place at the nursery. The nursery does not refund fees because of a child's absence.
If, however, staff and parents agree that a child has not settled, or if a student withdraws from his/her course, we shall refund the balance of your fees for the term. In both cases, it is the responsibility of the parent to inform the nursery.
No reduction of fees will be agreed without the agreement of the nursery manager.
There are grants available from Local Education Authorities to help students with their childcare costs and you should obtain further information from your own Local Education Authority.
