Request verification of my degree
A verification document is an official letter confirming the basic details of your course and the award you achieved. It is produced on Sheffield Hallam University letter-headed paper, has the Director of Registry Services' signature, and is stamped with an Official Sheffield Hallam University stamp. The details it shows are:
- the course you were on
- the award you obtained (including classification, if relevant)
- your mode of attendance
- your study dates (this information is not guaranteed if you studied before 2004)
Please note we are unable to provide any additional information on the verification letter
There is an administration fee of £10, and we aim to process the verification within 5 working days. Please note that we don't offer a fast-track service. We can, however, email a digital copy in addition to posting out a hard copy.
