Graduate Outcomes

Wednesday 28 November 2018

The Graduate Outcomes survey is a national survey capturing information about the activities and perspectives of graduates 15 months after you finish your studies.

Sheffield Hallam relies on feedback from students and graduates to help inform decision-making across the university. A large proportion of this data is collected via surveys, such as Graduate Outcomes and the National Student Survey (NSS).

With your feedback we can celebrate success of our students and graduates and make changes in areas which require support and development.

The data you provide will also be used nationally in league tables. These enable prospective students to make informed choices about where to study.

In order for Sheffield Hallam to support this national survey, we have to hold accurate and up-to-date contact details on our graduates. Therefore if you have changed your email, phone number (mobile or landline) or postal address since leaving Sheffield Hallam, please click here to update your details on My Student Record. Otherwise, we will be in touch with you at various points after you have left to ensure the contact details we hold for you are correct.

More information about the survey is provided by HESA (Higher Education Statistics Agency). If you have any questions about the survey and would like to ask a member of Sheffield Hallam staff, please email us at graduateoutcomes@shu.ac.uk.
