Mentor a student
Our students benefit from working with a wide range of businesses and organisations. By being a mentor you can
- help a student to develop
- give them an insight into the demands of the modern workplace
- help them make decisions about their career
- see how a student might benefit your company
It's easy to become a mentor – all you need to do is share your knowledge and advise a student on a specific subject or industry sector.
Career mentoring scheme
Our mentoring scheme encourages businesses to use their skills, experience and knowledge to support a student as they make decisions about their future career. If you don't currently recruit graduates, this could be a chance to see how they might benefit your company.
Organisations who have offered mentors include household names such as HSBC, Sheffield Wednesday FC, and the Department for Education, and smaller organisations including self-employed individuals.
