Packages of support

You can choose individual services as and when you need them, or select one of our packages of support. We can deliver a full-scale programme for your organisation, or we can conduct a pilot programme to test it with a sample of employees before rolling it out.

Our bronze package

We complete a comprehensive needs assessment of your organisation and workforce. We then create a report outlining the best practice recommended interventions. You can ask us to implement our recommendations at a later stage, or implement them in-house.

Our silver package

This includes a needs assessment as provided in the bronze package, plus the delivery of interventions. These might include

  • staff health assessments and lifestyle management advice
  • training and education to tackle issues such as pressure and stress
  • behaviour change and motivational techniques
  • physiotherapy and occupational therapy
  • assessing the physical working environment
  • public health promotion

Our gold package 

This includes all of the services in the bronze and silver packages - but we also evaluate and assess the impact of any interventions to identify how much your organisation and workforce have benefited. This helps you calculate the return on your investment, and enables you to see which interventions have had most impact - helping you to plan future investments.

If you've chosen a pilot programme, the evaluation informs how it should be rolled out on a larger scale.
