How you learn
This course is based around the final year of the main Business and Human Resource Management degree. It emphasises the real-world application of business and HR theory, and is designed alongside industry partners, students and professional associations to create employable graduates. Along with learning the core principles of HR management, you'll also develop an understanding of traditional operational management and business concepts.

Throughout your year of study, you'll undertake numerous live projects that will provide valuable real-world experience. 120 year one credits from a relevant business HND, foundation degree or honours degree with a mark of 55 per cent or higher. Qualification should include relevant human resource management modules.
Please note the University will only admit students who are aged 18 at the point of enrolment.

Fees and funding
Our tuition fee for UK/EU students starting full-time undergraduate study in 2019/20 is £9,250 per year. During your placement year you will pay a reduced fee of £1,200.
† If you are studying an undergraduate course, postgraduate pre-registration course or postgraduate research course over more than one academic year then your tuition fees may increase in subsequent years in line with Government regulations or UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) published fees.
