To be a successful leader in facilities management, you need insights from differing professional and sector perspectives. You’ll gain this knowledge, skills and expertise across two core modules which provide an integrated learning experience.

You’ll study in a variety of teaching settings for small and large groups. Digital learning will be used alongside on-campus teaching, including our Virtual Learning Environment, digital media, online teaching and collaboration tools.
As part of our campus masterplan, we’re developing a brand new, net-zero-ready building right at the heart of the city centre. Here, you’ll benefit from dedicated business facilities such as a business lounge, trading floor and languages hub, plus plenty of room to study in social learning spaces, seminar rooms and PC labs – all set in 400 square metres of stunning green space, where you can socialise, eat, relax and study.
Entry requirements
All students
Applicants must normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in any subject discipline and have at least 2 years of full-time professional work experience. Applicants with a lower degree classification and/or relevant work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

This course is not open to international students who require a Tier 4 (General) student visa to study in the UK. If you are an international applicant but do not require a Tier 4 (General) student visa, email our Admissions Team to find out whether you’re eligible to apply.

Fees and funding
Home students
Our tuition fee for UK students starting full-time study in 2024/25 is £16,165 for the course. For part-time study the fee will be calculated pro-rata each year based on the number of credits studied (£5,390 for 60 credits).
If you are studying an undergraduate course, postgraduate pre-registration course or postgraduate research course over more than one academic year then your tuition fees may increase in subsequent years in line with Government regulations or UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) published fees.
