How you learn
You take part in a minimum of twelve taught hours per week. The normal teaching pattern involves one lecture and one seminar per week, per module. You have additional timetabled hours periodically for other activities. You blend the knowledge and skills you have gained by completing a major project working with other students in a business management team.

This course prepares you for a range of careers within both public and private sector organisations where business property and its ownership and management have some role, such as
- property manager
If you wish to develop your career still further there are opportunities to progress onto our postgraduate programme, which offers Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors accreditation.
Where will I study?
You need to have successfully completed the EASB Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate) or equivalent.
