Course summary

  • Learn essential skills relating to the development, ownership and management of property.
  • Study a wide range of topics including building studies, project planning, real estate law and investment.
  • Top up your Advanced Diploma in Business Management to a full undergraduate degree.

Top up your existing advanced diploma to prepare for a career in commercial property industry, gaining core knowledge in areas such as finance, property valuation, investment and also the impact of environmental issues in relation to business property, as well as essential career skills.

How you learn

You take part in a minimum of twelve taught hours per week. The normal teaching pattern involves one lecture and one seminar per week, per module. You have additional timetabled hours periodically for other activities. You blend the knowledge and skills you have gained by completing a major project working with other students in a business management team.

You need to have successfully completed the EASB Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate) or equivalent.

This course is currently not recruiting home and EU students.
