Class of 2020: Postgraduate Study

Class of 2020 Postgraduate study offers


£5,000 fee postgraduate courses for Home/EU students*


Fees for masters courses* will be reduced to £5,000 for any Home/EU student who completed an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam, or a Sheffield Hallam accredited degree at a UK partnership institution, in 2019/20.

This is up to £4,250 less than the full fee, and accounts for less than half of the £11,222 Masters Loan (please check for eligibility), freeing up more money to support your living costs while studying.

To be eligible, you must be a Home/EU student and you must have completed a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam or earned a Sheffield Hallam accredited degree from one of our UK partners in 2019/20. You must also be applying for an eligible full-time or distance learning course to start in the 2020/21 academic year.

To access the discount you just need to apply as normal, and the discount will be applied automatically. Some courses may only have limited places, so we would encourage applications as soon as possible. You will also be entitled to the discount if you have already applied for or accepted an offer on an eligible course (and meet the other eligibility criteria).

£3,000 discount on fees for International students

 
Students who pay international fees and who have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam or earned a Sheffield Hallam accredited degree from one of our overseas partners in 2019/20 will be eligible for a £3,000 discount on fees for masters courses starting in 2020/21. You must also be applying for an eligible full-time or distance learning course to start in the 2020/21 academic year.

To access the discount you just need to apply as normal, and the discount will be applied automatically. You will also be entitled to the discount if you have already applied for or accepted an offer on an eligible course (and meet the other eligibility criteria).

£2,000 discount on fees for the MArch Architecture course for Home/EU students

Receive a £2,000 discount on fees for the MArch Architecture course. To be eligible for the discount, you must be a Home/EU student who has completed a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam, or a Sheffield Hallam accredited degree at a UK partner institution, in 2019/20, applying for a full-time eligible course to start in 2020/21. To access the discount you just need to apply as normal, and the discount will be applied automatically. You will also be entitled to the discount if you have already applied for or accepted an offer on the MArch course (and meet the other eligibility criteria).

Discounted fees for MFA courses

We are offering discounted fees on a number of MFA courses starting in 2020/21, for both Home/EU and International students who are graduating in 2019/20.
 
Home/EU students who have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate course from Sheffield Hallam University, or a Sheffield Hallam accredited degree from one of our UK partner institutions, will be eligible for a reduced fee of £6,672, split into two £3,336 payments over the 2020/21 and 2021/2022 academic years.
 
International students who have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate course from Sheffield Hallam University, or a Sheffield Hallam accredited degree from one of our international partner institutions, will be eligible for a £3,000 discount off of the total course fee, applied as a discount of £1,500 each year over the 2020/21 and 2021/22 academic years.
