Timetable update

Your timetable for semester 1 is now available through MyTimetable. You will need to login with your SHU account and password.

If you can access your timetable but can’t see any sessions on it or if sessions are missing please check your Guide to Learning in the first instance. This may be hosted on your Course or Module Blackboard sites or may have been sent to you by email. If you haven’t received your Guide to Learning please contact your Module Leader and/or Course Leader. Module Leader and Course Leader contact details are available on Blackboard. 

Due to the blended learning approach being adopted this academic year, only your face to face teaching sessions and live online sessions will be showing on your timetable. Other learning which is not face to face or live e.g. lectures, will be detailed in your Guide to Learning and can be accessed at any time.

If there are any clashes on your timetable, please contact your Course Administration Team. Their contact details can be found via Blackboard.

It is important that you check your University emails, Blackboard and announcements from your course every day as there could be changes at short notice. 

You should also check your timetable every day for the first 2 weeks of teaching and timetables can still be subject to change during this time. It is recommended that you then check your timetable at least once a week for the rest of the semester.

Timetables for semester 2 are currently being worked on and we will notify you when it has been finalised. Please ignore any sessions currently showing on your timetable in semester 2 as they may not be correct and may change.
