Fitness classes and timetable

Have fun getting fit in a supportive environment with something for everyone, from spinning to yoga, and boxing to circuits.

You can choose from a variety of classes offering different benefits and varying levels of skill and effort. All classes can be adapted to an individual fitness level.

Class A-Z

  • Abs/Core

    This class uses Swiss balls, medicine balls and dumbbells to get the very best core workout. Develop strength and stability, and work your way towards a dazzling six-pack.

  • Functional Fit

    Do you want to master the push up and pull up? This class is all things bodyweight and functional. No weights, no machines and with very little equipment. You will improve your overall strength and stability whilst breaking a sweat!

  • Circuits

    A proven winner. Circuits is the must-do class that incorporates all that’s cool in the gym through a total body workout. You won’t go wrong with this easy to follow, high intensity session.

  • Fighting Fit

    Fuse high energy circuit routines with a mixture of upper and lower body strikes. Fighting Fit offers you the intensity of martial arts and boxing, combined with all that is good in the gym.

  • Full body, lower body, upper body

    High intensity interval training (HITT) classes featuring a mixture of weighted and bodyweight exercises targeting focusing on the lower body, upper body or full body.

  • LBT

    Legs, Bums and Tums is a fast paced, high intense class consisting of a fun, yet challenging, aerobic warm up followed by resistance-based exercises to target the legs, glutes and abdominals.

  • Pilates

    Want to find a class that acts as a workout, whilst developing core muscular control, strength and flexibility? Pilates offers a technique which helps you master controlled movements and improve endurance throughout your body

  • Spin

    This high-intensity class uses stationary bikes to simulate a bicycle ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race.

  • Stretch and Develop

    Let your body stretch and develop. This class focuses specifically isolating and lengthening muscles, and enabling a deeper effective stretch than you could achieve alone. In this class, your Trainer will guide you through a progression of stretches to improve all-round flexibility and mobility.

  • STRONG by Zumba®

    STRONG by Zumba® is a revolutionary high-intensity workout led by music to motivate you to crush your ultimate fitness goals.

  • Tabata

    This popular high intensity interval training method incorporates strict 20 second work phases with 10 seconds rest, usually in 4 minute rounds. It offers the maximum benefit in the least amount of time used to get those calorie and fat burning results.

  • Total Body Strength

    A class taken in the free weights area focusing on teaching you how to do big compound lifts such as squat, bench and deadlift safely in a friendly and supportive class setting… whilst working up a sweat with paired conditioning exercises. All abilities welcome.

  • Yoga

    Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures - a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility - and breathing.
