We are working on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 5pm. It could take up to 3 working days for us to reply. 

We continue to offer Disability Adviser appointments and Study Needs Assessments but please be aware that these are all over the phone. You will not be able to meet with anyone in person during this time.

Drop in and talk to us

No appointment needed, just turn up. We can answer simple queries and point you in the right direction. These are ideal to help you apply for Disabled Students' Allowances or to answer quick questions about your learning contract or support workers. These appointments last for a maximum of 20 minutes.

We offer the following appointments.

Disability Adviser appointments

These are one to one appointments where you can discuss your support needs with a specialist adviser, and these can last for around one hour. You can request an appointment via Hallam Help.

Study Needs Assessments

These are comprehensive assessments of your support needs. To attend these you have to have applied for Disability Students' Allowances and received permission to book an assessment. These assessments are with a Study Needs Assessor and last for around 2 hours.

Sheffield Regional Assessment Centre is based at Sheffield Hallam University you can book an assessment on 0114 225 3623.
