We offer the following appointments

Drop in appointments

No appointment needed, just turn up. We can answer simple queries and point you in the right direction. These are ideal to help you apply for DSA or to answer quick questions about your learning contract or support workers. These appointments last for a maximum of 20 minutes.

Guidance appointments

Students who have already attended a Study Needs Assessment or who are eligible for DSA can attend these. We also sometimes invite students to guidance appointments who need support urgently or have complex needs. These are with a Disability Adviser and last for one hour.

Study Needs Assessments

These are comprehensive assessments of your support needs. To attend these you have to have applied for DSA and received permission to book an assessment. These assessments are with a Study Needs Assessor and last for around 2 hours.
