Book your Study Needs Assessment

The easiest way to book your appointment is to complete our online booking request form and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange your appointment. If you’d prefer to speak to someone over the phone please give us a call on 0114 225 3623. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 5:00pm (4:45pm on Fridays) and will divert to answerphone outside these times so please leave us a message with your name and contact details and we will call you back.

About our Assessment Centre

At the Sheffield Regional Assessment Centre we undertake DSA Study Needs Assessment for students with a disability, on-going health condition, sensory impairment, mental-health condition or specific learning difficulty. You can make an appointment with us regardless of where you live or study - although we’re based at Sheffield Hallam University our experienced assessors have an excellent relations with Disability Support Teams across the country. We can assess you if you are already in higher education or are planning to go to university and have applied for Disabled Students' Allowances. You do not pay the fee for your Study Needs Assessment, your funding body covers this cost for you and you do not have to pay them back.
