Blue badge holders- If you're a blue badge holder, we can arrange parking for you at either campus. Please inform us at the point of booking your Study Needs Assessment and we will provide you with a parking permit and details of onsite parking.

How to make a complaint

Sheffield Regional Assessment Centre (SRAC) is committed to providing a supportive environment and to being responsive to concerns. The SRAC Complaints Procedure outlines the way in which complaints will be dealt with. SRAC can only consider complaints on the grounds of incorrect process or infringement of the operating principles of the Disabled Students' Allowances Quality Assurance Group, as published in the Assessment Centre Quality Assurance Framework.
