Things to remember when using the planners:

  • Give yourself time to plan.
  • Remember to include 'life admin' related things, appointments, travel time, cooking etc.
  • Try to keep it balanced, you also need things you enjoy and 'me time'.
  • Plan in breaks to help you stay productive.
  • Where you can, use SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.
  • If today didn't go to plan or as you wanted, there is always tomorrow. Be kind to yourself!
